Jo Brown

​

Jo was a registered nurse for 24 years before immigrating to the USA from the UK – she’s now lived in Houston for over 20 years!
Jo currently shares her home with Penny and Fudge Chocolate Labradors, Benjamin the rabbit and PidgeWidge the Galah Cockatoo! They keep her busy when not caring for clients. ​​​​​​

Jo also keeps honeybees and is an active member of the Houston Beekeepers Society.

Jo is certified as a Dog Walker, and certified Pet Sitter from the IAP Career College. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.

Jo holds a Pet First Aider Certificate and is CPR trained.​​​​​​

Angela Ortiz

I've been working with Tail Trails TX for approximately 2 years now, and at a Pet Hotel for over 3 years. I have a deep passion for animals, and love pet sitting and walking dogs, as well as walking my own dog! Whilst working I continue in my education in Doctor of Medicine (DVM) schooling.

Sarah Adams

I have over 3 years’ experience with dog walking, pet sitting and overnight sitting. I have experience previously as a vet technician at an animal hospital too. As well as 3 cats of my own, I have a beautiful puppy called Juneau! I am a big animal advocate and aspire to own my own farm someday!

Sarah has been working for Tail Trails for over a year now.

I have adored animals since I could talk! Working as a pet sitter is its own slice of heaven. With 2 years of experience as a valued member of the Tail Trails team, I maintain to  bring genuine love and understanding of animals to every dog walk and pet-sitting visit. Having grown up surrounded by dogs, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. She especially loves getting out and walking dogs — and she has a real soft spot for cats too! My caring, dependable nature and passion for animals mean that every pet in my care with Tail Trails receives plenty of attention, affection and individual care!

Jacqueline Hinds

Hi! My name is Jacqueline and I have been dog walking and pet sitting for over 10 years! I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in nutrition and am now getting my master’s degree at The University of Houston. I have spent a lot of time volunteering at various animal shelters. I currently have 3 adorable cats and grew up with dogs, cats and even chickens!

Jacqueline has newly joined the company!
